Our team consists of over 30 academics who are experts in their fields. They have at least their Master's Degree from an accredited institution. Many have their PhD. Some are Caucasian in origin. Many are Latinos and native Spanish speakers. All are between the ages of 35 and 85. Meaning they bring a wide range of perspectives, ideas, and points of view regarding how to best position your business, corporation, or company in the heart of the Spanish Language Markets both at home in the USA and around the world.

Our CEO Justin Pickering has been immersed in Spanish since 1992.

  • In 1997, he scored the 2nd-highest on the SAT II state-level Spanish test in Massachusetts.

  • In 2001, he graduated Dean's List from Tulane University in his Spanish major.

  • In 2005, he graduate Dean's List from University of Texas at Austin (#3-ranked Spanish Department)

  • He spent 2007-2009 in Vanderbilt University's #1-worldwide ranked PhD program in Spanish, where he met his wife, Margarita, who was studying Political Science.

  • Justin was a high school Spanish teacher for 15 years.

  • He was offered an Undercover Bilingual Detective position with Austin Police in the Anti Narcotics unit.

  • He was offered a position as Captain in the Massachusetts National Guard in Military Intelligence.

  • For 2 years, Justin sold expensive cybersecurity software that cost $250k/license on the Latin American sales team, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese as a daily part of his job.

  • Justin and Margarita have been together since 2008. 

  • Maria, their fully bilingual daughter, was born in 2017 and enjoys being a Kindergarten student.

Clearly, Spanish language and Spanish-speaking culture is not part of some "brand scheme" for Justin.
